By using Doctor Mo Polyclinic websites, mobile applications, patient portal, appointment booking, WhatsApp communications, or digital services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You must use our services lawfully, provide accurate information, respect clinic staff and systems, and not misuse, disrupt, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any service.
Medical Disclaimer
Digital services do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. For urgent or emergency symptoms, contact emergency services or visit an appropriate healthcare facility immediately.
Appointment Policy
Online booking requests and CRM confirmations support scheduling but may require clinic confirmation, deposit, rescheduling, or cancellation handling according to clinic policy and provider availability.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for providing accurate identity, contact, health, appointment, and consent information and for attending appointments on time or notifying the clinic when changes are needed.
Clinic Responsibilities
Doctor Mo Polyclinic aims to provide professional healthcare services, maintain reasonable digital service availability, protect patient information, and communicate appointment updates clearly.
WhatsApp and Digital Communications
By providing contact details, you authorize clinic-related communications including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and service follow-up using WhatsApp, email, phone, or portal messages where permitted.
Intellectual Property
Doctor Mo Polyclinic branding, website content, application design, forms, workflows, and digital materials are owned by or licensed to Doctor Mo Polyclinic and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctor Mo Polyclinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from digital service interruption, user error, third-party platforms, or unavailable communications.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and applicable regulations of the United Arab Emirates, with relevant jurisdiction in Dubai, UAE.
